Important - If you need to report an issue please contact the Global User Service Desk (GUSD).

You can open a Service Request or Incident Request ticket by using the CGI MyIT. However, the Incident Request will be treated by default with the initial priority level based on the rules of the related Solution Service Level Agreement. Critical incidents1 should always be called into the GUSD in person to ensure they receive top priority.

1Critical incidents: Critical multi-user incident affecting major sites and/or enterprise systems.
